Some have declared Ronald Weinland a false prophet. Some said it weeks ago. Some said it months ago. Some said it immediately.
But as I’ve said before here, here, and here, they were early every single time. Their standards were too low. They didn’t really take the test seriously. Rejecting a potential prophet is not a flippant decision you make. What if he really is the real deal? Do you really want to incur God’s wrath by potentially rejecting his messenger?
That is why I’ve advocated patience multiple times. I have wanted to resolve this as much as the next person, but I have also known that their declarations were premature. The time is coming, I’ve said. We will know soon, I’ve said.
Well, that time is here. The Bible says to test the fruits of potential prophets. If what they predict comes true, then they are the real deal. We are swiftly approaching a window of time where Ronald Weinland’s words will be tested.
That window of time is June 1st to July 16th. Ronald Weinland has specifically predicted a level of destruction in America within this window of time. Now is the time to test his words. We will wait and watch throughout this period of time.
The test of a prophet begins. June 1st is approaching swiftly. Ron Weinland is either true or false.

According to RW in his last sermon, not everyone will be humbled. That some people will have made up their minds that they do not want to live with God. They will be judged now. I’m listening again to find out when.

You should listen to the sermon, again, too. Every time I listen, I pick up something else. I’m thrilled about the sex part, too!
Start at about 26 min. He’s talking about the witnesses witnessing. At about 31 min, he says it’s amazing that so many won’t repent. At about 34, he goes into some detail about Matthew 12, beginning with verse 22. Too many people look for signs – he says that’s evil. Christ himself only had the one sign – 3 days and 3 nights in the ground – and most ignore that! Catholics and protestants (who are catholic anyways) believe that he died on Friday and was resurrected Sunday morning. About 4 years ago, maybe more, I figured it out – he died Wednesday afternoon, was left alone Thursday, because of the high Sabbath, left alone Friday, to prepare the spices as well as get ready for the weekly Sabbath, and left alone Saturday, because the Sabbath ended at sundown and they didn’t have flashlights. Our Messiah was raised Saturday afternoon, exactly 3 days and nights, 72 hours, after his death. It could not have been discovered until the sun came up on Sunday. I’m not sure what signs people are looking for today. I’m not sure it matters. Ron says God knows our minds. He’d know whether we have already made up our minds. I believe it’s a pride/selfishness problem. He who speaks against the Spirit (the power of GOD) shall not see the white throne. It sounds like there are 2 judgments. The one now, for those who are alive, and the white throne judgment for those who have died. By 46 min, he says everyone will have the opportunity to repent, but few will. Your question, Citizen X, could be related to the whole sermon. This was part 1. Next week he’ll spend even more time with “2008 – God’s Final Witness,” chapter 5, “The Final 3 1/2 Years.”
I am ever so grateful that my husband, my brother and his wife, died a few years ago. 2 things were avoided – their untimely demise, because all 3 were very opinionated, and my untimely demise, because I would not have gained enough humility myself.
I hope this kind of question won’t be greatly ridiculed here, but something occurs to me that may be of interest to others. Before I heard of Ron’s book I had done some research into the Mayan 2012 prophecies that basically point to December 2012 being some sort of transitional period for mankind. There is no shortage of weird stuff out there on the Internet about what they were foreseeing, whether merely an astronomical event or some type of full-on conscious transformation. What interests me is how close 3.5 years after our window—June 1st through July 17th—is to this Mayan date. Does this interest anyone else? I’m sorry if anyone feels I’ve tainted the purity of topic with squalid new age bologna, but from an anthropological standpoint, the Maya are worth consideration.

The Mayan Calendar simply ends on December 21st, 2012. Many interpreted that as meaning the Mayans believed the world ended on that date.
Although I’m not sure what the meaning of their calendar’s end is, I do find it interesting that Jesus’ return, as prophesied by Weinland, falls so close to the end of the Mayan Calendar.
Al.Mod. The prophesied calendar by Weinland does not have an end. Cit.X. says it correctly, our Messiah will return the end of Sept. 2011, but this does not make a Mayan calendar any more valid than any other calendar.

I will talk from my experience and it is not what RW or the church of God teaches, it is just how I can to understand these things.
There is one truth but many counterfeits. The mis-information clouds the truth and makes it nearly imposable to see. Actually imposable to see without God’s help. Although, God will give you what you pray/ask for that is inline with his will/plan/way. Although, many do not understand his way. Example, if one asks for wisdom, truth, understanding, guidance, clarification he will give it to you as much as you are humble and open to receive it as well as are authentically searching for it.
These things that are not the truth are very tricky because it can be used as a tool to teacher you yet because it is very interesting you could spend many life times studying such things and never really get to the point because either you are not really searching for it to begin with or you lost sight of finding the truth and got lost in it. And believe me it is hard to break away, it is like an addiction. But, what RW said I think last sermon as well as others that I went back and listened to (paraphrasing) “we should not waste time trying to understand why Satan and his group do what they do because really we can never really know everything, but if we hold on to the truth it will shine light on what is false.”
I was blessed that God put the desire of Truth in me and gave me a rational way of figuring these things out. It is not something I can give to someone though because I could write 12 books to try and explain my reasoning and journey to the truth. But, this some of the things that I found out anyway.
Satan is the ruler of this world now, meaning he is allowed to have his way to an exstent. He of course is working with a group of demented spirit beings that followed him. These beings can work dirrectly with many individuals using many physical and mental techneques. Most of these people do not even realize what they are really even dealing with. There are other people who are part of smaller groups that work with these beings for other reasons such as phychic power, power in the world, material stuff, etc. These smaller groups are actually part of a very large group even though they do not realize it. Then you have every one else who has no clue but think they are doing what is right but are actually serving satan, the great deciever. This is hard to undertand and see becouse most are blinded to this. But you can really divide the world into those who serve the truth and it’s God and those who serve everything else and it’s God(s). It really hard to exsplain because as I read what I am writing it seems so elementry but there is a great deeper meaning that is very hard to exspress.
Let me give an example, sorry to say the Catholic church really worships Satan (this is an example, so do all other religions and churches). It seems harsh but it is true. Because Satan changed the truth and added his mis-information for the purpose that people will not be able to gain the truth through that church. You are giving attencion to something that is not the real God but is a sort of god. You are worshiping a false god and since satan corrupted or created it, it is his church and they are worshiping him.
My next point is that Satan and his demons have forgotten more than man could ever know. They will use knowledge of science, mathematics, physics on such a high stage that man could never know it on his own. They have been giving little bits of knowledge as carrots to man but it is mixed with so much bull that the we would spend our whole lives going in circles. That is what “new aged”, metaphysics, enlightenment, etc is. I have studied them for 10 years, so I know. God has created everything and he created us, therefor he knows us. He gives to and withholds knowledge from us according to what is helping us according to his plan. Satan is using secret knowledge that God does not give importance to reveal to us in the stage that we are in. Satan does this because he knows our weaknesses and uses it against us. He also, uses much that we are unaware of against us as a kind of prison from truth and life.
If we examine where 2012 comes from we can realize that it comes from two or three civilizations that were located in South America primarily the Maya’s. First it might be helpful to understand that all men through out the world at one time had the same language and religion. It was under Nimrod. They were dispersed after God confused there languages. You can also find supporting evidence if you research Gilgamesh and North American Native folk lore history. Therefor you will find most religions are parallel in many aspects and/or there are many ancient knowledge that is used throughout the world, i.e. sacred geometry astronomy, basic beliefs such as man has an immortal soul, etc. What I am trying to say is that all knowledge that comes to man except the truth from God, whether it be from ghosts, psychic, aliens, multi-dimensional beings, divination, astrology, mythology, false religion, secret societies, even most of the media comes from Satan through his channels.
So 2012 comes from Satan. So does Aliens (are aliens counterfeit to Angles?). Is there a reason for 2012, you better be sure there is. We are talking about the great deception. This is part, since there are many different people and many different reactions from different people. So everything that is not truth is part of the great deception. Satan knew a lot of God’s plan, more than man does that is for sure. God gives us prophecy as way of waking some of us up. Some people will say this weather or what ever is a sign of the end. They may not really know as we do but it’s like the way the air feels before a storm. People are stirred up. 2012 is an explanation other than the truth. I do think that there might be something in it, example maybe/probable there is something happening to our solar system that science can not explain that is causing what the world calls global warming. Maybe what ever it is will cause much more destruction before it’s all over. What ever happens and will happen is part of God’s plan. For Satan he will use what ever he can to confuse man. One example was when I started putting pieces together I was thinking maybe planet x will pass by earth in 2012 and be what we know as the end somehow. I was expecting the two end-time prophets to come on the scene around 2009, ect. My time line was not Biblical so I was just searching for clues but if I wasn’t searching for the truth and God’s witnesses I would have missed everything because I would have been looking for the wrong signs.
So all this stuff has reason that it exists but it is part of the great deception. We might find clues to the truth, but most get lost and stuck in the lies. It’s a process. As God(YHWY) to show you truth in all things. Only God can give you the Truth, which is why when you start to learn it and try and share it with people you would think you are speaking a different language. The worst are the ones who know such a little and think they know everything and get puffed up, and therefor are not able to receive the spirit of God anymore. This is something we al must pray against. I hope this helped.

Surely, Mr. Weinland is not teaching this as something HE “figured out” 4 years ago. This is something YOU figured out 4 years ago, correct, sisterri? The reason I ask is Mr. Armstrong taught this many, many years ago, so it clearly couldn’t be something Mr. Weinland “figured out”!

I have quite a testimony, but here’s a part of it –
In the late 80’s, early 90’s, I thought it something I should do to go to church with my two young children. I hadn’t gotten truth from any church, so I continued with my parent’s church – at the time, the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, now called the Community of Christ. I wanted to be involved, I wanted to learn, I wanted to grow closer to God. It didn’t work out. Of course. I joined a Bible study in the mid to later 90’s (which I won’t go to now), and at some point dropped our DirectTV to pick up Sky Angel. I dropped Sky Angel in 2005, because I watched so little of it – I knew the “christian” channels were wrong, and they’d dropped 3ABN, the 7th Day Adventist channel that had taught me a little about the Sabbath. I had enjoyed watching Michael Rood, but when God showed me how Jesus was dead for 3 full days and that Christmas was pagan, I had to leave both. I’d e-mailed both 3ABN as well as Rood and was dissatisfied with the response I received from 3ABN and never got an answer from Rood. Also, I was able to attend one service with local 7thDA members, but there was no preacher. The next time I tried to go with my husband, we had tire problems. The third try was the last time – tried two locations and couldn’t find anyone!
During my Bible study, I heard of the movie “Passion of the Christ.” At first, I loved the movie – anxious to get a copy of the video. After finding the video, I realized that Jesus was called Yeshua. From there, I went to my computer looking for the name. I found Yahweh! It still took a long time from this point.
My husband, brother, sister-in-law, and myself, went to New York state in August of 2005, and on our way home, my pilot brother tried to land without gas. Almost made it, too, but hit a tree coming into the landing strip, which flipped the plane over, killing instantly the other three in our little single engine plane. I survived. Almost 3 years later, I am still getting over having little aches and pains, and am beginning to accept that I won’t be at 100%, not for a while, yet. A lot of people said they prayed for me. Even had a gentleman from the west coast in the Libertarian Party send some money. I don’t know for sure why I alone survived, except that the other 3 would probably have kept me from the body of Christ. I worked for my brother and sister-in-law, who were “agnostic” and my husband would not have given up his alcohol problem or cigarettes.
Since the accident, it seemed slow, but was a sure way to go. At first, I stuck with the names Yahweh and Yahushua. I even was baptized in the name of Yahushua, but as soon as I had done so, the Sabbath sermons I was listening to online became boring – repetitious. It was less than 4 months before God showed me Ron Weinland’s books. A month beyond that, I was begging for baptism. I was barely allowed to attend the Trumpet services in North Carolina, and it was a no go there. Then I was allowed to attend the final Tabernacle Feast in Louisville, Kentucky. It was a 6-hour drive to NC for me and 11-hours to KY, both by myself having 2 fake elbows. too. I guess I proved myself. Finally, after a few days, I was finally told yes. To add something personal here – as I was into the names, I’d found a newly translated Bible. Ron looked it over, between Trumpets and Tabernacles, and told me as most translations are, it was made biased towards something. Ron has said, and I trust this implicitly, that the older King James Version, with all the problems it has, is still the closest to real that there is. I use the KJV with strong’s numbers online, and have a hardback that I use on occasion.

Not to be disrespectful Herb’sStrongarm, although I am not sisterri I believe what she was saying was that she figured out on her own before she had any contact with either Armstrong or Weinland’s materials.
Maybe, I missed something but I can’t find where Sisterri or anyone else said that RW “figured out” any of the restored truths.
If you want to know what RW teaches he has two free books and over 200 sermons on-line that you can listen to on his site. But, if you are really sincere let me say that RW never said that these truths originated from himself and gives more credit to Armstrong as the Elisha to come (and restoring God’s church’s Truths) than any other scattered group that I have researched.
I myself found many truths before having contact with Weinland’s information and/or The World Wide Church of God, etc. These truths helped my to know that Weinland is one of the two end-time witnesses. Coming full circle I know that these truths that I came to know indirectly came from God mostly revealed through Armstrong. Many now teach partial truths and if you study around you can prove or disprove them through the scripture if the teachings are Biblical or not. These groups and individuals most likely do not Know how or recognize how these truths were restored but, Weinland certainly does and teaches accordingly.
If one is sincerely seeking where God is working NOW I would recommend one to seek out RW’s sermons and books while asking God for truth with a spirit of humility.

The Bible Says “That We Fall Short Of God’s Glory”….We Need Him for Eternal Life. HE does not need Us for it. In the article above the COG-PKG believes the following: First, RW states He believes That Everyone Gets A Second Chance ; That is false as once you die, there are no second chances. Moreover, what is the point if people can live like they want now and then get a second chance….People will just think , ok, I’ll sin now , then repent when I get a second chance in the next life. Why then would they want God to work on them now? ;they are SINNERS. RW’s doctrines contradict each other. Sin must be dealt with before death in order to get into heaven. My brother believes RW, but he is as cold as ice…he has no love for his family. Remember If We are in discord With Each Other, that Is Sin. If We Are Selfish And Rude That Is Sin.The Holy Spirit Can”t Work In his Life because of the sin of “not loving others”. Romans 6:1- states “What Shall We Say Then???? Are We To Continue In Sin That Grace Might Increase?????… My brother does not know the true God of the Bible.

Check out “Resurrections from the Dead” on http://www.cog-pkg.org/faq/topics.aspx#toc to understand that unless you are one of the 144,000, or unless you have received the spirit and then denied it, you will live a second time:
Revelation 20:5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.
It may help to understand that the Bible was put together by God for members of the church only. When you don’t accept the entire book as truth, this will explain why.
If your brother has been baptized, he in fact does love you and your family, as God does. It is the third type of love – there’s lustful (longing), brotherly, and Godly-love.
