For many, July 16th was the final day of the window of time wherein Ronald Weinland would be tested. If his predictions/prophecies came to pass within that window, he would be a true prophet. If not, false.
A recent development has changed all that. Ronald Weinland recently wrote this post on his website, in which he declares he was presumptuous in his “45 to 90 days” statement – and that he no longer believes it is true.
…even though I have stated July 16 as a kind of deadline for the Second Trumpet, I am now deeply convinced that nothing concerning the trumpets will have occurred by that time…
In this June 19th post, Ronald Weinland states that the Second Trumpet could indeed occur within that time frame, but does not believe it will.
If the second trumpet sounds, with nuclear explosions in port cities, then everything will indeed be fully in line with what I’ve stated in the last interviews and in some sermons. But I do want to state again, I no longer believe that to be the case.
Why does he no longer believe that to be the case?
The bottom line is, I must follow what I believe God is showing me. If I have jumped the gun in a couple of interviews and interjected my own understanding into the timing of events, and have thereby been presumptuous, then I will repent and move forward.
So roughly 27 days before the Weinland Window was to close, Ronald Weinland pre-emptively states that there is a possibility he “jumped the gun”, “interjected his own understanding”, and was possibly “presumptous”.
Now this will provide much fodder for the Weinland-haters, who can gleefully point to this and say “Aha! He is a false prophet!” And to those who didn’t believe him from the start, this will indeed be a salve to their wounded egos.
However, to those undecideds and true believers, this will require a true testing of their faith. I have always wished to remain unbiased and impartial to this matter until there were more facts with which to make a complete decision. I must admit this was an unexpected development. By July 16th, I had wished to have this matter resolved. I had wished to know beyond a shadow of a doubt whether or not Ronald Weinland was indeed a true prophet.
Now, is Ron Weinland mortal and have human failings like all of us? Indeed. Is it possible that he interjected his own understanding into God’s message? Sure. No figure in biblical history was perfect; David wanted a woman and arranged her husband’s death; Moses killed an Egyptian; Adam disobeyed God; Peter denied Jesus.
Romans says that all have sinned. Even Ron Weinland. He is not perfect. Nobody should expect him to be. But he should also be acutely aware of the responsibility placed on his shoulders if he is indeed a prophet of God. People will take his words very seriously. If he declares himself a prophet of God and then passes off his own words as God’s message, that is very serious indeed. If what he says is true, how will the people be able to separate Ron Weinland’s understanding from God’s?
We stand at a point where all we have are words. World conditions are deteriorating, yes. Things are getting worse. But all that currently exists are Ronald Weinland‘s words. As of this point in time, there is no unequivocal, clear proof of the fulfillment of his words. Could that be part of God’s plan? Certainly. Could it be God’s way of testing the faith of the people? It’s certainly possible. But we simply do not know yet.
As of this writing, another post has appeared on RonaldWeinland.com that promises an important topic for Saturday’s sermon:
It was mentioned in the sermon this past Sabbath that a sermon would be given on Sept. 30th (Feast of Trumpets) that would explain the 50th truth given to God’s Church in these end times. Since some have been pouring out their hearts to God concerning this matter, God is now mercifully granting that this sermon be given this coming Sabbath.
This sermon will explain why the final three and one-half years of tribulation has not yet begun. It will explain why the final sealing of the 144,000 has not yet occurred.
It is still too soon to determine whether Ronald Weinland is a false prophet or not. We have no clear confirmation of his predictions nor unequivocal proof of his falsehood.
The people will continue to wait and see.
WOW. Where do I begin? Let me just start by saying I could care less about being ridiculed or mocked when it comes to this subject. I don’t even have a bank account and have been made fun of concerning my beliefs, so this is not my feeling. Ron weinland read my bfs email in his sermon following god. He stated I should get as far away from him as fast as I could. He also stated “ if you are in a relationship where you cant stand your ground, weather mate or family, it is not healthy. Well, I always stand my ground and have stood up for Ron alittle to fevernt. Yes I am aware I am standing for gods word not Ron, but is he a con???? I have been studying gods word for many years now. What is god like? Why am I here? Asking questions we all do. I must say I have learned a lot from Ron but we really need to question if he is gods end time witness. God wants us to become as children, to believe with a childs heart. I have this kind of faith. I believe in Noah with this kind of faith. I have listened to many so called prophets but never believed them like I do Ron. The house of Yahweh (Israel Hawkins) has stated for years nukes would go off but it never phased me. I only believed his prophecy concerning the pollution of our meats which did come true. So why do I believe ( or believed) Ron? What spirit is guiding me???
I have been listening to Alex Jones for 10 years now. Everything he says comes to pass, is he a prophet? Anyone can see what is happening in this world, the info and proof is out there. Time is running out…DUH. I have taken myself out of this world a long time ago. I know storing treasure up here is a waist. I have been tried and tested and reevaluated my priorities year after year. If im not mistaken Ron said god would not be trying to save us in this time? So why try and test our faith? I believe when it comes to biblical prophecies god speaks through his prophets, they are literal words that come true. From my perspective of the bible and gods word I see accuracy. there’s no mistake. Referring to the first coming of Christ, him being betrayed by Judas for how many pieces if silver?, prophecies related to what he was to do, how he was to die they where all accurate! If anyone predicts by the infinite spirit of god, it is accurate. Come on, do you really believe this is a test?? When there is a prediction it is not a thought or a concept. Maybe Ron got his from tv series JERICHO LOL (had to make a joke), but it is not funny. Seducing spirits are not funny! Would god guess or make mistakes through our end time witness to cause confusion? Prophecy reveals gods attributes. What god is showing me through Ron is totally opposite of what hes shown through other prophets. Is he revealing actuality or possibilities and congincecies? Prophets speak actualities. I am continually speaking gods presence and have a lot to learn. Im sorry if I sound judgmental but I would love to know if anyone knows how much Ron charges for a baptism. I also have to go recheck revelation to see if witnesses is written witness or plural. His wife seems silent.
If baptism is needed, see http://www.cog-pkg.org/faq/, baptism especially needed of the spirit.
Thoughts of “… the destruction of the u.s. and … the recent flooding, tornadoes, fires and the legalization of gay marriage…” need not be overwhelming. But as Ron said in his 6/21 message, come into the body for truth, not just to save yourself.
And, listen also to the 49 truths he has put forward – http://www.cog-pkg.org/audio/49truths.aspx —

greetings from michigan; firstly, many thanks for this website a forum unparralled anywhere i have encountered. as i write may the ETERNAL inspire through this note our common reasoning. Lets begin with what we know is true; for we were not given cleverly devised fables in the written word of GOD.HE has a plan which we know began even before the creation week which we know contains seven days resting in the sabbath. We know about adam , abraham, isaac, jacob(israel)being in bondage delivered through moses out of egypt through the sea baptized the the church onto the wilderness of sin. A promise having been made as well through david and isaiha, two other witnesses; the sure birth, life, crucifiction and resurrection
of the only begotten son of God; Jesus(Yashua);the Christ our Saviour and coming King over all to Him praise ,glory and honor forever and ever. He builds the church of God daily of which the gates of hell will not prevail to this very hour. it was within and through the church of God comes an apostle(one sent forth) Herbert W Armstrong the gospel(good news) of the kingdom of God preached to the whole world then the end will come. circa 1986 ; he being full of days dies and sleeps til this day along with david, abraham, moses, jacob, the prophets and apostles and the host of Gods true servants awaiting their resurrection. Now comes Ron Weinland; a baptized minister of the the church of God, Gods true church spoken in harmony with all things being the plain truth of the word of God written in holy scripture kept faithfully by His church. He, being genuinly inspired in spirit and in truth feeding his sheep has bestowed of favor of God his servants His more complete understanding specific matters of judgement and mercy surrounding issues which seemed to confound the church before and after 1986;to wit; government, times and days, tithing, marriage( “unequal yoke”, “interracial”) , the world, the worlds’ “religions”, moreover the abomination awakening in rome and their unity in complete hatred of what Jesus truly lived and taught. which is real faith in total obediance to Gods’ will, including his commandments and holy days(His master plan calender) most importantly His government; Jesus is the head of the church of God and we are his servants. He said many will come and say lord, lord to his response i never knew you, you wouldn’t listen to my Father. Furthermore; the completer understanding of Jesus himself being born of mary. it is written; now the birth of Jesus was on this wise; the spirit OF God(the Father) came into mary begetting Jesus. therefore he came through the loins of abraham and david in the flesh and through the loins of Melchezidek in the spirit bearing the seal of his Father, the one ETERNAL CREATOR of all things. thats what your bible says, if you read it. will you believe your bible? now are we all called to this same glory? jew first. but whom is a real jew is one inwardly, sealed in with His nature which cannot be counterfieted or conjoured up by our own personal will. Thy will be done. The point is that not since Herbert Armstrong have a voice from the wilderness cry aloud and spare not even amongst Gods’ true “splintered” church the fact of the matter simply put; they have all gone astray, none is good no not one there is none righteous no not one. this age is coming to certain tohu and bohu before our very eyes therefore we have ample evidence to bear truthful witness to our innermost selves of these plain truths. Ron Weinland has before him an awesome and solemn calling which the capabilty, willingness most importantly the spirit can only be of God to complete this mission. Forget about this business of specific timetables as far as the big picture he cannot be disproved; the ETERNAL is. the bible is HIS written word. Jesus is HIS risen son our only saviuor and coming KING and is coming for his called out ones who serve HIM. the beast and the false profit will be destroyed,, man will nearly destroy this earth and all in it, Christ will come in the clouds, stop it establish his kingdom on earth, there will be a millenium followed by a great ressurection of every single person who has ever lived and every one will be given an oppurtunity to accept Gods’ salvation and live in abundance. satan the devil will be loosed again & most will look upon it and wonder in amazement how it could have ever fooled anyone. it is written; the earth and all in it will be burned up therefore what manner men ought we be? the end of the matter is this; fear God obey his commandments. love HIM, heed solemn warning from one whom speaks truth grounded on scripture. Jesus custom was to teach on the sabbath day the commanded day of rest for Gods’ people, a holy convocation and his purpose was to fulfill the law not do away with it.HE being our passover from the foundation of the world furthermore our “omega” the LAST GREAT DAY to him be honor, glory and praise forever and ever.
chris reina, I will have to read that again, but did you breath writing that becouse I didn’t reading it. great post.
And thank you Sisterri, the Truths are my foundation and the Thunders are happening as RW predicted. As for the timing of God I do not presume to know why and when God decides to give or withhold, but I see him working.
I love that verse, “the end of the matter is this; fear God obey his commandments.” Isn’t that the point of it all? What are we doing here chatting about what we think or do or do not want to believe when we are not even keeping God’s Commandments. If we can’t get this point than how do we expect to receive God’s spirit or the Truth. I’m sorry if I sound harsh (rachel) but I need to say it. I’m not perfect, far from it. In fact I am battling my own weaknesses as we speak and have been for the last two days. But, I know who I must call out to and who will give me strength. And who I belong to, God the Father, YHWH, Elohim. I will fight the fight and as for me and my house I will serve the LORD. I’m sorry I am so direct but I am compelled. Were you being serious when you asked how much RW charges for a Baptism? If you don’t know by now than why are you bothering, just go on your way. As for me I payed nothing except the promise to my maker that I would try my best to live by his Commandments. Yes, a high price but with God all things are possible.
By the way Alex Jones reads and studies parts of the enemy but he does not know God nor his truths. That is not what he is looking for.
I also listened to the sermons on House of Yahweh. While, I admired how he regarded the Law I never knew he was the end-time witnesses. I was an observer, waiting. As for RW it is very clear to me that God is with him and COG-PKG. If that is not clear to someone than they better start seeking for where God is, if that is what they want.
I’m not really sure what you meant about testing us, but God is not trying to save the world yet, but will protect and work with his children until they are changed. I am being tried, tested and rebuked every day, Thanks be to God.
RW and his wife are the two witnesses. The two witnesses, two lampstands, two olive trees, as through out the Bible. RW himself describes what that means. Anyway, I pray that I will be sincere and humble enough to grasp on to the Truth of YHWH and receive his spirit. I pray that God’s spirit be with all those who seek it.
I wish I could speak my mind without sounding so negative. I don’t mind if people don’t believe RW but I am irritated about that spirit in your tone and I don’t know how else to say what I am trying to say right now. I do not feel good writing this and if I misunderstood you I’m sorry.
Citizen X, I was waiting on this blog. I think you did a great job.
My appologies for what seems to be a trend. >chris reinatruthseekerCitizen X< I too, am impressed with your recent blog. I look forward to the next Sabbath service with Ron & Laura!
My appologies for what seems to be a trend. -chris reina-, it has taken a good bit of effort to get through your note.
I hear Ron talking about people who spend too much time, meaning time without thought or true effort, praising God. I hear Ron say not to speculate.
-truthseeker- I join you in praying that God’s spirit be with all those who seek it.
-Citizen X- I too, am impressed with your recent blog. I look forward to the next Sabbath service with Ron & Laura!
This end time Elijah will have “THUS SAITH THE LORD.” When he says “THUS SAITH THE LORD” on doctrine, it will be in perfect accord with scripture. When he says, “THUS SAITH THE LORD, such and such will happen,” the thing will come to pass exactly as spoken. If ever it failed to be perfect, he would prove not to be a prophet, for a prophet’s words under the Anointing are not his own, they are God’s Words and cannot fail (II Peter 1:20-21.)
i appreciate your feedback truthseeker. i am sorry. i dont want to dought, but mabe because i am not baptized i can not realy see the truth. i just read scripture like this, and then like this “Beware therefore, lest that come upon you which is spoken of in the prophets; Behold, you despisers, and wonder, and perish: for I work a work in your days, a work which ye shall in no wise believe, though a man declare it unto you” (Acts 13:40-41.) In other words, we must be careful lest we be so high-minded and set in our ways, we can’t receive the prophet and his Message when it is presented (Romans 11:20-21.). i am just confuzed, i guess this says a lot about the spirit or spirits that dwell in me? i have been searching for the truth for a long time but i guess im not worthy. i dont want to be like the people that mocked moses. i feel i am not in darkness and know about the great deception (which i belive will be the fallen entities, aliens coming on the scene) that is to come. gods word is food for my soul but unfourtanatly i will probabaly be like judas and recieve the chip. i have lived my life free from man-made creed and tradition, philosophy, psychology, program and form because i have been shown whats the truth and wats to come. but this is probably not enough. False Prophets will make people trust in a lie, speaking comfortable words like, “Be at peace, you’ll be in the Rapture, whether your life lines up with the Word or not and so forth. i know this is not ron. he speaks the truth when it comes to gods word so as i write this i think its the devil messin with me.
rachel,
Tried to e-mail you directly, but your partner locked me out. You don’t appear to be pro-truth any longer. So, you have been blessed in not being baptized. You have as much of an opportunity to see eternity as most of the world does now, or 1000 years from now. You’ll definitely meet Jesus/Yahushua alone, that is, without your “boyfriend” in 1000 years, and you will have a real opportunity to get to know the Eternal One!
Anger, with God or with the body of Christ, will be accepted only temporarily. From what you’ve written, you do not know truth. Don’t let the devil mess with you at all – it’s a bad idea.
Hi All,
Does anyone have any comments or thought to give on the below….? Was sent to me by someone out og the United Church of God.
“You have never met me before but I was hoping to meet you at the Feast of Tabernacles in George. You know my sister-in-law, Leanne Helfrich from East London.
It is with great disappointment that I heard that you have decided to leave United and follow a self-proclaimed false prophet.
I encourage you to read the many false ‘prophecies’ Ron Weinland has prophecied and then to judge for yourself if God has sent him or not.
This by the way, is how we judge if he is a true prophet of God according to scripture. Deut 18:22.
http://www.cogwriter.com/cgpfk.htm
Ron Weinland has even proclaimed that he would renounce himself as a false prophet on TV when things he said would take place did not.
Well his prophecies did not come pass and he did not keep his word so he is also a liar.
Do not be deceived.
Sincerely”
Thanks guys….
What a week! It’s amazing how a little tribulation causes one to (1) dig in and go deeper after God or (2) to slowly drift away. I, personally, have chosen the former. Have we truly considered the cost? Are we able (willing) to drink of the same cup as our Lord? For all that the Father calls to the son have to make that decision themselves. For 17 years I had been held captive by Satan through traditional Christianity and it’s myriad of lies and now that God has graciously set me free I will not be one who is like a dog that returns to it’s vomit. I am still So Thankful for the last 17 years as God surely used it as training in my life. That’s Grace at work! I have counted everything loss except one thing – take a guess. I am only about 2 months along since God has opened my mind to his truth so I too have much to learn. I would much rather humble myself before God and trust him for bread when I ask for bread. His ways are not our ways so I must not lean on my own understanding. As RW stated ” We must follow God”. In the case of what has taken place over the last few weeks with RW I will say this “God causes all things to work out for the good for those who love him and are called according to his purpose” and because I know this is true I am So Thankful.
Hey, found this interesting
I am not good at quoting scripture so forgive me but this struck out at me when I was reading it and I wanted to share it with every one here.
II Peter 3
3 knowing this first: that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts
4 and saying, “Where is the promise of His coming? For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.”
9 The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some men count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
Thank you Joe, So Thankful and Sisterri your words speak to my heart and have helped me.
South Africa28, I don’t know if it was you or someone else that I warned about United before, but now it is a problem. If you are convinced as I am than an e-mail from some guy or the Pope (bad example) would not move me because I know what I know. As I quoted before it says in Romans somewhere that the Spirit inside you gives witness to Holy Spirit. When I read this I knew what it means and felt it.
If you are not convinced that go back and retrace your steps. My biggest point here is that we all came from seeking God and the truth. I tell you this becouse I do/did it. Call out to him beg, plead for the truth, ask him where his spirit is. Ask for evedience ask for humility to receive it. I’m not saying you need it or you don’t already, but just sharring to you what I do to become close to my father when I know I need to repent. I know, first of all becouse it is like every time I have time to think I realize I need to repent but also if I go a day or so without the Spirit I feel it. I know I am cut off. If you know what I am talking about than I can reason that you are in the right place as it means the Spirit has to be with COG-PKG. If this doesn’t make sence than seek God and his truth with all humility. And ask him to giude you.
What would convince you that United is where God is? What is their proof? So they want to show you that RW is false with proof when the Spirit is not with them. I’m not telling you not to research, do what you must, but seek the Spirit of God. This is key. If I have drifted I must take responsibility and seek inside. Ask God to help me realize what I need to be one of his children. I believe as the Bible says that if you seek, if you are humble, if you love truth more than yourself, if you seek to keep God’s Commandments, if you have trust and faith than I believe God will reveal himself to you. It is not some club as some has suggested, but the ones who follow God before themselves. I’m not judging you or anyone and from our short conversations I feel love toward you and many others. It is hard for me really exspress myself.
When I am lost, I try to identify some foundation. Something solid to help to understand. I think we agree that Herbert Armstrong was the Elijah. Maybe you can read or reread some of his books. Read scripture, read Ronald Weinland. Does it speak to you? Is it consistent? If yes than ask what is wrong? You know, God will always answer your questions.
As for answering someone it is easy if you are sure. “thanks for your warning, as for me I have experienced something that is not easy to share with others but it’s something that convinces me that RW is the only one that speaks the truth, which makes my believe that he is who God is working with. With this I am certain and you or anyone can not convince me because since I have received the truth I have seen the Holy Spirit working with me unlike I have ever experienced in my life. If you are worried for me, you don’t have to because Ron Weinland teaches to Keep God’s Commandments, Sabbaths and Feasts consistent with the Bible. He never teaches people to do anything inconsistent with the Bible as anyone can see if they listen to his sermons. So really, if he is right or wrong than I will be a better person. ” How can you really argue with this answer? If they want to argue that we don’t have to keep the Sabbath, than what do you say? “Well, I’m sorry but my understanding is that we do and I am compelled to do what I know is right.” If they say, “but you have to tithe.” The answer is, “how is this different from any other church? Even the Catholic and Mormons require 10% tithe and nobody questions them.” If they say his prophesies are incorrect than you can point out that first they are not that different from Armstrong, that he has already admitted his timing was off and that it is up to “me” to figure out what that means. If he’s from United I would chalenge him to tell you where the 49 truths are incorrect. Put it back on him. You don’t have to defend yourself either, simple and sweet also works, “I don’t meant to be rude but I know what I know and I really don’t want to discuss it.”
I warned about this becouse I went through a simular situation with the JW’s. They are great people, and I built many strong relationships but I had to leave when I realized that God was not with them when they claim that he is. They don’t want to have anything to do with you if you leave their Kingdom Halls. It was very difficult for me but I had to do what I had to do. I don’t follow man or relationships, churches or organisations, I follow God. If I knew that God was not with RW than it ment I would have to continue seeking. But, relationships are so difficult. Sometimes it’s hard becouse the person is right in front of you and God doesn’t apear so vividly, it’s easy to forget. That is why many people left or joined the church in World Wide. If we are not careful, we will drift right sleep. And really what just happened last week was a wake up call, at least to me it was. Rememberence that I can’t just rely on the church but need to keep close to God.
I think I’m rambling now and I have to go. Talk to you later.
Hi Truthseeker,
Thank you very much for all your advise. It is really helpful to me.
I did respond back after posting the email here, and after reading your response now. I see that mine went along the same lines, and I took the words from my heart hoping that God was leading me in what to say.
Seeing your response now, confirms that for me. You see I have not yet been baptised and so I am still very much a baby in all this. I feel I am growing while God uses his holy spirit to direct and guide me but I know the growth would be so much more faster if I had Jesus and God dwelling within me instead.
But listening to all you guys shows me that I am right in what I am believing and that the changes taking place are from God.
I got home yesterday from work after that email experience, and put on one of the sermons from Mr Weinland, and instantly I felt I was home….so that was another sign from God that I am where the truth is being revealed.
Thanks Truthseeker….
SouthAfrica28, thank you also, and I mean that most sincerely. It is very amazing to see how God works in one spirit. I have never experienced anything like this in the world. In fact the world is the opposite, everything is confusion and conflict under Satan’s rule. Even when I try to discuss any of the truths that are so evident to me with others it’s like I am speaking a different language. I even start dumbing down my speech, vainly and I start to think “what am I doing”. Yet when we speak or listen to God’s ministers or even read the Bible it is all so clear. We are so blessed. Which motivated me since I do not deserve such blessings.
I wanted to tell you something. We have to remember that God’s plan is perfect and everything he is doing with us is perfect and for our spiritual growth. I know that you want and desire to be baptized very much. The only thing you can do is ask God to help you to be baptized anyway by his unlimited power, ask for the faith to allow it to happen, and than ask to receive and understand the lesson if it is not according to his plan. If you have already done this than I would not worry about it. I don’t believe that God will limit his Holy Spirit to you. Ron has said God might not at this time (if we truly have the desire and are not physically able) and you can even see it in how we have one mind. Also, in the Bible a whole group of people/or family received the Holy Spirit before being baptized. If we think about it God does everything for his purpose. He gave these gentiles the Holy Spirit so Peter saw that they need to be baptized immedently. God was teaching them something. Ron has said and I see it also that God is working differently now than ever before, which is amazing and gives us hope and faith. Theoretically, right now God could work with you and you could be baptized the day before the last great day and you could be changed as part of the 144,000. I’m not trying to speak for God, but even if it doesn’t happen just the possibilities blows my mind. I would never had imagined such a thing only a short time ago.
I also need the encouragement I get from you guys. Sometimes, I get so down when I realize how evil and gross my human nature is, or rather I am. Yet, this reminds me on how wonderful this whole process is that God is allowing me to really see myself and hopefully help me to change(through his Spirit) that at sometime I will become one of his children and not lost.
By the way if I sound wise when I tell you any of these things, know it’s not from me. I always am sharing what God has shared to me through sermons that I just listened to or experience reflecting off of sermons or scripture. It’s like multiplication as the truth works with our teachers than through us and is than reflected when remembered to share with others in the body when they are appropriate.
I was listening to the one sermon, “how to pray”, by Wayne Mathews and he was telling about how God answers the prayers of the children of the faithful called out ones. He said his son couldn’t sleep because a loud cricket was keeping him up. Wayne told his son to pray about it. Imminently after he prayed the cricket stopped. This could say many things to us, but I thought how amazing how God works. One little thing that happened ended up helping many people because Wayne put it in his sermon. Now, all of us can have more faith that God does listen and answers our prayers and our spouse and kids are also set apart.
I can’t wait to hear the sermon today.
with love,
Hi Truthseeker,
Once again thanks for the good advice.
Yes, what inspires me is the fact that I know what you say to me is from God, as it is very similar to what he shows me.
So receiving conformation from someone who has been baptised and been with the church longer becomes a very powerful testimony to myself that I am going in the right direction.
I was very disappointed this evening as I could not connect to the sermon for some reason. I had been looking forward to it since Friday afternoon.
I do hope they are able to post it soon for downloading.
There is just one thing I need to discuss. It has been my understanding from the begining that all new persons coming along who are not out of WWCG will not be able to be part of the 144 000, purly because they have not had the much needed years to grow to the stage where God can say “now I know you”?
This is mentioned in a few sermons, which I cannot remember which ones but, if you listen to the one “time has run out for man – part 5″, 14.7.07 – 23mins into the sermon, he mentions it here too.
I could be completley wrong here, but felt I needed to tell you just incase.
Thanks again.
Speak soon.
I know one thing, today’s sermon 6/28 did exactly what I knew it would. All doubt has been put to rest. I will follow God and connect myself with those in whom I know he is doing his will through. The Church of God PKG is his Church and Ron and Laura Weinland are his two witnesses.
It’s amazing, it truly is. I really can not express in words the Joy that I have right now. Isn”t God awesome! If anyone wants to contact me directly you may do so markbdarkus@yahoo.com. I know I have said this before but it is even more true now – I am SO THANKFUL! Peace to all!
So Thankful,
Welcome back! I don’t know if I’m ready to e-mail, yet, but am glad for your address, and your dedication and determination. While I use the word “amazing” occasionally I personally am drawn to “awesome” myself! I agree, it was an awesome sermon! Gave me goose bumps at the end.
By the way, Ron’s sermon is online.
I guess nobody knows what to write about. God has taken our words away. We are in awe. We are still trying to put our minds around the 50th Truth? This truth, and all the others. “Amazing”. Thanks you Father, YHWH. My words could never express my joy. My words are dead compared to what He gives us.
I know what you mean, truthseeker. Amen.
But, in case you haven’t been watching, the earthquakes had upped themselves to one 6.0 or better each day, but now, they’re quiet. Same with tornados, cyclones, hurricanes, hail, lightning, volcanic eruptions, flooding, etc. According to YouTube, all is quiet since Sunday. Next wave is going to be really bad!
Definitions of presumptuous on the Web
assumptive: excessively forward; “an assumptive person”; “on a subject like this it would be too assuming for me to decide”; “the duchess would
Full of presumption; presuming; overconfident or venturesome; audacious; rash; taking liberties unduly; arrogant; insolent; as, a presumptuous commander; presumptuous conduct; Founded on presumption; as, a presumptuous idea. False, presumptuous hope
Displaying excessive self-confidence and taking liberties
Overconfident, audacious, arrogant
meaning according to the bible (google):
The act or habit of arrogating, or making undue claims in an overbearing manner; that species of pride which consists in exorbitant claims of rank, dignity, estimation, or power, or which exalts the worth or importance of the person to an undue degree; proud contempt of others; lordliness; haughtiness; self-assumption; presumption
i am not trying to be arrogant or haughty, i am just searching for the truth. is there any other meaning to presumptuous? this seams the opposite of humility (sacloth). arent we suppose to search the thruth and test according to the bible what a real prohet or witness would characterize? i dont understand, ron fits some but not all characteristics expected. i will watch out that no one misleads me. i am not part of this system that enslaves us, keeping us sick and uneducated of our true roots. i have been taught the truth about many things and sure have lots to learn but i am on the right road. i know god loves me! in my whole life i have never been angry with god or played the blame game. this is probably one reason i am so blessed today. ask and you shall recieve right? i get everything i pray for. Sisterri, because my boyfriend has different belifes than me means he will not have a chance to meet Jesus/Yahushua ever? thanks for making me dig into scipture more because i was under the impression that we all would meet the eternal one. i thought that there will be a great resurection were everyone gets to meet the maker?……………………………………………………
Defining The False Prophet And Their Fate
Deu 18:20 But the prophet, which shall presume to speak a word in my name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or that shall speak in the name of other gods, even that prophet shall die.
Presume is related to and similar to assume, but it has the sense of doing it beforehand. It means “to dare or venture without prior knowledge,” “to assume as believable without direct proof,” “to take as a premise, subject to further proof,” or “to behave arrogantly or overconfidently.” The noun form is presumption.
A presumption is often taken up or assumed to be true until proven otherwise, as presumed innocent. Sometimes it has the sense of behaving in a superior manner, as in to presume upon someone. Presumption often has the sense of blind overconfidence, or going beyond the limits of proper manners. Presumptive means “based on reasonable grounds of evidence” as in presumptive heir. Presumptuous means “unusually confident or bold, often arrogant,” or “foolhardy.”
i had no doubt about ron being gods final witness, but now i dont think anyone can blame me. there is enough scriptural evidence to question it. it seems like i am only emphisizing on scripture that makes him look false but i am aware of the ones that do fit him. he is a man of god (i belive) but an end time witness? i pray for discernment.
im sorry sisterri for my bf blocking ur email, he is far from controllng, hes just concerned for me (not right). i do appreciate you trying to reach out to me. i stay away from drama attached to other women through there men and feel embarressed that i am like the ones i stear clear from in your eyes. i know my coments are probably not worth responding to to you now but i know i will learn what i need to learn.
chris reina, wow i could learn a thing or 2 from you. i wish i was on your spiritual level.
sisterri, do you know what youtube video you were referring to? thanks

truthseeker,
For the 4th time, although the first time I remembered to pray – aaugh – I have bookmarked by YouTube searches sorted by date order. For example, search for 2008 July tornado and you’ll get at least 13, but a search for 2008 July hurricane right now will give you nothing. I’ve got maybe 8 bookmarks, plus this site, the forum & http://earthquake.usgs.gov/eqcenter/recenteqsww/Quakes/

It will help with any questions you have.
Rachel,
I think you have some valid questions and concerns. There are several blogs out there on Ronald W. and I’ve read a lot of opinions – like Citizen X said, most are pretty negative, but that’s not what’s important to me. Whatever is right and true isn’t affected by people’s attitudes, opinions or beliefs.
So how does one determine whether or not Ronald is a true prophet? This all started with his books being offered for free on the internet ; he is one of the splinter groups from the WWCG, so he started out small, and has built a following with the help of his books. Tithing is a requirement for membership, so he’s got the funds to travel and use the internet to broadcast his sermons. His books have generated a lot of attention, along with his claim to be God’s end-time prophet and one of the 2 witnesses. People’s reactions are all over the scale, from complete acceptance, to those who take a wait and see attitude, to those who completely reject.
What rings true to one person rings false to another. One person thinks he’s a sincere, honest, good person; another thinks he’s a deceiver and a fraud. The problem is that our minds work differently; I read a celebrity’s comment that she didn’t believe in God because she wasn’t “wired” that way. It’s clear that some people have an easy time believing things by faith and some do not, but again, what is true isn’t affected by how our minds are “wired”, or how we feel. You say there was a time when you believed Ron but now you wonder why you did, and what spirit was guiding you. You also say you’ve listened to other so-called prophets but never believed them like you do/did Ron. Let’s think about that for a minute. A prophet has a message, from God he claims, and uses the Bible to support that claim; so automatically the pressure is on us to believe him, right? If the message rings true, you willingly embrace it because you love God and want to obey Him. If it rings false, you vehemently reject it because you know it’s wrong to listen to a false prophet. One of these reactions is going to be wrong, so it follows that there’s got to be a better way to determine if he’s legitimate than whether it sounds good to you or not.
What I’ve noticed in reading various opinions is that some people have trouble separating the message from the prophet; the message rang true, so the prophet has to be true as well, right? But what if it looks like the prophet isn’t holding up; now the credibility of the message is challenged. In this case, Ronald is presenting doctrines as well as prophecies; if the doctrines sound right, but the prophecies fail – what then? That is a very good question. Could the doctrines be true even if the prophecies are not? I would think that if you’re putting the prophecies to a test, the doctrines should be tested as well; they will either stand or fall.
You sound pretty level-headed to me: willing to stand your ground, to have faith and to acknowledge you have a lot to learn; unwilling to accept things that don’t line up with the Bible, even if that means you have to change your position. There’s no shame in that. We don’t all stumble upon what’s right automatically; if you make a wrong turn, get back on track.
If we can believe in God, we can believe there are spirits out there that work against God. If someone, anyone, says God told them something – how do we really know who told them that, since spirits are invisible? Spirits identify themselves as dead people, as spirit guides, as angels, and as God. Most of us would reject a spirit who said they were the first 2, but we’d be willing to listen if we think it’s an angel from God, or God Himself; even then, how do we know for sure?
What is your “ruler” of truth? Your mind, your heart, your feelings, your sense of right and wrong, someone telling you something that sounds good or that it’s from God, a voice from the spirit realm who claims to be God, a holy book such as the Bible? Whatever it is, if you want to be able to determine what is right, your ruler has to be right.
hello,
Angel thank you for posting that even though that was to Rachel it has helped me in a way..
I just wanted to bring this to your attention i found it interesting that Ron had mentioned huge spiritual battles going on in the world in the last sermon and 3 days later this tablet has went public i saw it on cnn on wensday..
http://www.cnn.com/video/#/video/world/2008/07/11/wedeman.gabriel.cnn
Joe,
Thank you for the insight!
angel,
I really don’t know what your point was in that lonnng note to Rachel. While it’s been quiet, I’d rather not replace the silence with a lot of words which together mean nothing.
I look forward to this afternoon’s talk, by RW. It will be from God, through Christ, through Ron, to those he has called to listen. I hope to hear of a lot more baptisms before trumpets!!

I have followed Weinland….and while I cannot in my heart say he IS a witness…..I have also not yet discounted him.
<<<<>>>>>
I read this often. I try to trust God to guide me….
What else can we do.
Deuteronomy 21 You may say to yourselves, “How can we know when a message has not been spoken by the LORD ?” 22 If what a prophet proclaims in the name of the LORD does not take place or come true, that is a message the LORD has not spoken. That prophet has spoken presumptuously. Do not be afraid of him.
For some reason what I put there….did not appear. Trying again.
Tammy B,
Excellent answer – God is so good to give us a way to know when He has sent a prophet. Something to keep in mind as we examine this verse is that it contains a command – “Do not be afraid of him.”
Joe,
Glad if I could help. The video clip was interesting, in what way do you think it fit in with Ronald’s message?
angel,
One should never fear another human. You seem as though you’ve made up your mind that pro-weinlanders are afraid of him. He’s too kind and humble to fear.
I imagine the answer to the question for Joe is having to do with part of the 7th thunder.
I was baptised by Mr. Weinland shortly before Pentecost in 1992 while he was a Minister in the WCG. I check up on what he is speaking about every once in a while. I remember him as a decent fellow who was authoritarian in his way. I’m not sure what I believe in regards to the things he is “prophesying” these days. I hope he and his family are well.
Is it of God? and dose it go along the lines of what Mr. Weinland is saying? I do not know these answers I was just thinking it could have been along the lines of the spiritual battles going on in the world..but it could also be apart of the 7 thunders as think differently said witch is a good answer but i don’t know.. i was just bringing it to every ones attention and what it could be and running it by you guys..if I had said any thing wrong I’ am sorry
can any one read Hebrew? this is what was written on the tablet

rlee64,
Listen to all his sermons, including the archived. You will be convinced. You would not be wasting your time. My history in 1992 could have been when I was called, too, but I thought truth could be found in my parent’s church – wrong – but I did not hear of Ron Weinland, Mr. Armstrong, or even the Church of God until 2007. I’ve listened to everything he has posted online, read as much as I’ve been able, and I am nothing but convinced. He’s also posted a topics page, that if you haven’t looked, yet, should find interesting. http://www.cog-pkg.org/faq/topics.aspx#toc
Welcome.
i thank you for your comments. i have learned of a topic that if it is true then any preacher that does belong to this babalonian system is false? does anyone understand or know about capturing your straw man. either this is amother level of truth god has brought to me or it is a deception. if anyone would like to email me and give me some advice about, my adresse oceanharvester@aol.com
society, your crazy breed, hope your not lonely without me.
” eddie vedder”
we are all being decived on levels beyond imagination. i do belive in capturing your straw man concept.
Think-differently,
My response to Tammy B was about the verse she made reference to, the test of a true prophet of God in Deut. 18:22. This verse states that we are not to be afraid of someone who has spoken something that did not come to pass; that’s how we know it was not from the Lord.
There’s a reason God said this, He knows that many false prophets instill fear in their followers, usually with the threat of disfellowship or eternal condemnation. I don’t know if anyone is afraid of Ronald or not; and since I don’t know him personally I have no idea if he’s kind or humble. I like to take my time and think carefully before making up my mind about anything important.
Joe,
You didn’t say anything wrong, I was just wondering what came to your mind when you watched it.
angel, thank you for that post. you sound compassionate and full of wisdom. mabe we should all think-differently, but this is just my opinion i guess that these words did mean something not only to me. i do not even read the other blogs about ron. most people discredit him without scriptual evidence to back them up.
As a former member of the WCG – I can tell you that even HWA wasn’t infallible – which allows for an interesting loophole doesn’t it? One can claim fallibility but does that excuse passing one’s word off as truth revelaed? I mean – either your a prophet or you’re not. Fallibility is a human trait – and if God’s vision came and it was not given as it was sent (interjecting one’s own interpretations) – then what does that say of the prophet?
To abuse the mantle he says he’s been given is grievous and I know he is deeply concerned that maybe this has been the case. I know if he feels he’s sinned he will pray for repentence – because that’s the kind of fellow I knew him to be.
However, to be in error altogether is another thing. So – the faith lay in the ear of the listener as well as the one with the message. Some practical advice for the readers of this forum. Look into Peak Oil and Olduvai Theory – totally secular, but also looming on our horizon.
We may analyze the signs of the present times, but I’m not one to care for dates and specific events – quite frankly, such talk can produce fear just as well as it can lead one to faith. It’s easy to get caught up in ‘knowledge.’ Personally, I’d rather not take that chance, but exhort people to seek out the true expression of the gifts of the Spirit that have been given to them – to care for and multiply their talents (or oil for their lamps) so to speak. And when the events occur as they are to deemed occur (as only the father knows), you’ll be found a good and faithful servant.
It’s the end of the story that matters – our job is to be faithful till and to that end.
Rachel,
Actually, the Bible says we should be like-minded, which is why it’s good to talk about these things and make sure what we believe lines up with scripture. I do read the different blogs because if you only talk to people that agree with you, you won’t get the opportunity to hear another point of view. Up until recently, people that believe in Ron were posting on other blogs, but ever since he changed the dates they’ve pretty much dropped out of sight. This is the only blog I’m seeing pro-Weinland posts on.
If people have took notice of Ron because they are only scared of the degenerative world they see around them, and not for love of truth, they are obviously only trying to save their behinds, a lot of people back in the days of Worldwide were doing that and God Almighty himself found a way to weed them out, [atlanta sermon, J Tkach], so it seems possible that people jumping off the bandwagon in reguards to Ron’s message is possibly God weeding again, while one couldn’t say anything for sure it might be possible.
I don’t recall exactly where I read in the Bible, [Kings maybe], but God gave a king’s prophets a lying spirit which told the King he would win a war, but a prohet that always gave the king bad news revealed to the king that he would lose the battle and God did indeed send a lying spirit to confuse the king, what I’m getting at is that it’s possible to get an inaccurate prophecy. If you go by the reaction of an evil spirit world, which always likes to make noise and be noticed, especially in these times, I reckon it’s pretty safe to say that we’re getting awfully close to Christ Jesus manifesting himself to this world.
I’ve been reading the Bible. I started with Genesis last Sabbath, and highlighting as I went (color coding), I am now a hair over halfway through Exodus. I came across two interesting scriptures:
Does this strike anyone as much as me?
Exo 15:25-26
And Mosheh cried unto the Eternal; and the Eternal showed him a tree, which when he had cast into the waters, the waters were made sweet: there Yah made for them a statute and an ordinance, and there he proved them,
And said, [If you will diligently hearken, to the voice of the Eternal your Elohim, and will do that which is right in his sight, and will give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none, of these diseases upon you, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the Eternal that heals you.]
A little later. I read this one. Sounds familiar huh?
Exo 16:8 And Moses said, This shall be, when the Eternal shall give you in the evening flesh to eat, and in the morning bread to the full; for that the Eternal hears your murmurings which you murmur against him: and what are we? [your murmurings are not against us, but against the Eternal.]
good point think differently.
I personally did not post on other sights, I did not see the point.
For me I am more than 100% sure. I have a knowing that can not be explained, yet I will try to give one little (huge) example. This week I was burdened because I transgressed with a weakness that I haven’t committed since the Spirit started to draw me. I knew I had to make that conscious decision to overcome if I wanted to follow God. This week the Temptation became more powerful slowly through thought, and then finally… I was in a deep depression. I did not even want to come to God. I first had to pray for God to prepare me for coming to me. Then randomly choosing sermons to listen to I chose “God’s way leads to… and Righteousness…”, one Thursday, one Friday. Both were the same topic that can this Sabbath. This Sabbath was as it was directly for me. As if Ronald Weinland read my mind. But he didn’t he read God’s mind, and I shared in God’s mind. I am not one to pray on my knees but in this sermon I had no choice. I cried and went to my knees in gratefulness to God. His spirit is overwhelming to me.
As for a couple of weeks ago, it fit perfectly with what was going on in my life. I see the reason, I understand. There is no conflict or problem for me. God taught me a big lesson. I was chastised. I understand and no longer feel the need and try and convince others like my family. I realize their time is not yet.
My advice for anyone who is undecided about Ronald Weinland is to keep God’s commandments so that you might be counted as one of the Eternal children and seek the truth and God with all your might through pray with the father (in humility). I thought when I was seeking that even if I don’t find the truth or the 2 witnesses, God will know that I tried with all my mind, heart and prayer. God prepared me at least directly for one year before I knew I found the truth. What ever happens we know that all will eventually receive the truth.
truthseeker,
Amen. “What ever happens we know that all will eventually receive the truth.” After all, it is fair!
Here’s another good scripture:
Exo 19:5 Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine:
It’s important to be fully convinced of what you believe, the Bible tells us we should be. I’ve spoken to people who were very sure about what they believe, and it was very different from what I felt very sure about, which is why it’s also important to test all things. I believe God holds us accountable because what we believe affects our actions and our thought processes, and because we can influence people we come into contact with.
Before I will sit under someone’s teaching, I check them out. I read up on what they believe, look at their background, and check out what others have to say about them. This is especially important when someone is claiming special understanding of scripture. It’s one thing to trust the Bible, which has already been established as God’s word, even though we don’t know anything about some of the writers; there are a lot of people out there making these kinds of claims, and we need to guard against the false teachers/prophets the Bible warns us about.
Gerard,
The passage you were talking about is in I Kings 22. The way I understood it was that the king of Israel had surrounded himself with 400 prophets who would tell him anything he wanted to hear. He asked the king of Judah to join him in attacking the king of Syria, after these prophets told him he would prevail. The king of Judah asked if there was still a prophet of the Lord around, so they could ask him; Micaiah was sent for. When Ahab (king of Israel) asked him if they should fight, Micaiah at first told him what he wanted to hear (but not saying God said it). Ahab knew that couldn’t be right because Micaiah had never told him what he wanted to hear; Micaiah then told him what God had said, which was that the Lord had declared disaster against him, and he would die. He also told him that the Lord had put a lying spirit in the mouths of all his prophets, to persuade him to fight. So why would God do that? He did it because Ahab persisted in listening to false prophets rather than God; He knew Ahab wouldn’t listen to Micaiah, so He caused the lying spirit in the mouths of his prophets to succeed in convincing him to fight, which would lead to his destruction.
This is a good lesson for us; God brought destruction against Ahab thru the false prophets from whom he took his counsel. Ahab put Micaiah in prison, and as he was taken away, Micaiah told him that if he ever returned in peace, the Lord had not spoken. On the battlefield, Ahab told the king of Judah to wear his kingly robes, while he himself put on a disguise. The king of Syria gave instructions to his men to kill Ahab; at first they pursued who they thought was Ahab but when they realized it wasn’t him, they backed off. Then one of the men randomly shot an arrow and it hit Ahab, delivering a fatal wound. The king of Syria won the battle that very day. So Ahab did not succeed in avoiding God’s judgment, and the prophecy of Micaiah came to pass, which showed that his prophecy was from the Lord.
angel,
“It’s important to be fully convinced of what you believe,” – no – it’s impossible while we are merely human. The Bible may tell us we should be convinced, but God knows we cannot be. Do not listen any longer to people who are very sure about what they believe, whether they agree with you or not. While God holds those of us with understanding accountable, others cannot make good choices without knowledge of the truth.
Part of me still wishes that I could influence people to come to God, but mostly I am understanding the impossibility of influencing anyone who has not been called by God.
You appear to be methodical, but the only way to the truth is through the calling. Everyone will be called soon, but until then, just follow the commandments of God and observe His holy days. If your heart is in the right place, if you are ready for humility, if you are willing to listen to God above all, He should call you that much sooner. Really, though, I know where you’re coming from – I trusted my parents’ church, they were wrong; I trusted TV evangelists, they were wrong; I trusted people – but finally figured out they are wrong. Now that I trust God more than people, I wonder how I ever went the other way. Trust the Eternal, Yahweh Elohim.
Think-differently,
Don’t worry, I don’t listen to people just because they think they’re sure about what they believe. The Bible says Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life; no one can come to the Father but thru Him, and that no one can come to Him unless the Father draws him. I committed my life to Jesus over ten years ago, and I trust His word over anyone else. When someone claims to have information they received from God, I am interested to know if that is true, but I’m not willing to believe it just because they say so, or because someone else does.
Recently I was reading about some guy who claims God is revealing to him information and timing of end time events; he said those who don’t agree with his end time beliefs aren’t saved. Although not specifically claiming to be a prophet, he made a prophecy that failed; this of course makes for lively discussion on the blogs, and he has quite a few devoted followers who apparently will defend him to the end. Another guy, whose website I looked in on until a few weeks ago when he shut it down, has isolated his followers on a compound, waiting for Jesus to return. Their views are not the same as Ronald’s, so it’s interesting that people who believe very different things can be so thoroughly convinced that God has picked them to reveal the truth to.
Obviously God is not telling different things to different people, so some of these people are very mistaken – I don’t intend to be one of them, so I will continue to watch and pray, as Jesus said we should.
1Jn 5:10 He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.
angel,
I do best when I quote God’s word.
Php 4:6-8 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
Unless you have been called by God, the Jesus you believe you committed yourself to is not the Son of God.
Mat 3:9 And think not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, that God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham.
Rom 8:16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God.
The biggest difference between Ron Weinland and every so-called prophet is that he has taught the truth, nothing but the truth, in good understanding & knowledge of scripture, for years. If you have listened to all the sermons on the church web site, archives included, you have found sermon after sermon that barely ever repeated any part and includes lots of scripture that he explains.
You will eventually find that listening to anyone not pointed out, as God has picked on RW, is a waste of time.
“Obviously God is not telling different things to different people, so some of these people are very mistaken – I don’t intend to be one of them, so I will continue to watch and pray, as Jesus said we should.” What do you mean by “watch”? and what do you pray about?
Think-differently,
What I was referring to when I used the term “watch and pray” was the statement made by Jesus:
“But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. Take heed, watch and pray; for you do not know when the time is.” Mark 13:32, 33
What do I pray? That I won’t be found sleeping, that I will recognize the things that are happening that show the end is near, that I will not be deceived by false christs and false prophets, to be anxious for nothing, to be in the will of God…
I thank you for your concern, I’m very aware that one must be sure they’re not worshiping the God of their imagination.
Good for you, angel. Is angel a proper name or a blog special?
As for the day and hour, Jesus knows now, and has shared much information with his prophet, RW.
So – in doctor’s office today, I found a copy or Mr. Weinland’s book “2008 – God’s Final Witness.” I’ll look through it. Thus far – it looks a great deal like the writings of Mr. Armstrong with some new revelations added in.
I see he’s no fan of Mr. Meredith. I know he never cared for Mr. Flurry.
We’ll see what fruits are borne from these books he’s written. Again – I ask – is the importance in the events that will occur or in the preparations we make for them?
When I was baptized by Mr. Weinland, I distinctly remember his words of: “I do not baptize you into a group or denomination, but into the Body of Christ.” I’ve taken that to mean I do not belong to me anymore – nor do I belong to a particular “sect.” So – if I read this work but do not become a devout follower of what Mr. Weinland has stated has been a revelation to him (i.e. I am un-convicted), does that render my baptism into the Body of Christ void?
Again – I don’t doubt things are heading in pre-ordained direction, but I’m leery of the naming of exact times and seasons. (As was taught me by my first Minister in the WCG – Mr. Weinland.)
rlee64,
Awesome that you “found” the book in a doctor’s office.
Mr. Weinland is a firm believer in the truth of Mr. Armstrong being the end time Elijah, who fulfilled Matthew 24:14 – And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.
You sound like a potential believer. I hope you wake up completely before the end of September. You could end up one of the 144,000!
“Again – I ask – is the importance in the events that will occur or in the preparations we make for them?” Both, and neither. Have you looked at the church’s web site? It truly is the best source for answering all questions. Try: http://www.cog-pkg.org/faq/topics.aspx#toc
Awesome, also, that you remember your baptism so clearly. It’s true too, that your baptism holds. Your baptism doesn’t guarantee being one of the 144,000, though. Is that your concern with it? Again, the faqs page above should help you.
Here’s an example of what you’ll find there:
No man knows the hour -
When Daniel enquired to know about the events that were to happen in the end-time, which God had just given him to write about (Daniel 12), God told him that he was not to know since the words he was given to write were closed up and sealed until the time of the end. It is obvious that God would reveal the meaning of the words to his prophets at a later date prior to Jesus Christ’s return.
The scripture that states, “No man knows the hour,” was true 1900 years ago. Since this statement, Jesus Christ has ascended to heaven and has been appointed the Head of the True Church of God. Jesus Christ was accounted worthy to open the Seals as written in the Book of Revelation. We are now at the time of the end as stated in Daniel. Jesus Christ has revealed to His Church the timing of the opening of the seals and the day of His return as King of kings. And God Himself states, “Surely the Lord GOD does nothing, unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets” (Amos 3:7).
rlee64,
A doctors office, I would never would imagined. I pretty much second everything that THINK-DIFFERENTLY said. It’s pretty cool that you were baptized by Mr. Weinland and therefor know him personally. I wouldn’t waste time on these types on cites and instead go to the Ronald Weinland’s cite as stated above. After you read his two books, which you can down load for free there are two other little books (Times Running Out and Time Has Ran Out) that are geared to people who were part of World Wide and might answer more questions. I would definitely read every thing and listen to some sermons to see if He is who God is working with.
May God and Truth be with us.
Hi everyone.
It has been a few months since I last checked in and thought I would take oppurtunity now to do so. Myself, being new to the truth after many years of being decieved I have taken advantage of these last few months to listen to most of the archive sermons of RW, read both books at least twice and read much of HWA’s material. I have also investigated many of the other organizations that broke off from WCG and just have not found myself in agreement with those other organizations. The Spirit does not bear witness with me that any of them are God’s Church. The Spirit does bear witness that RW is God’s minister/Prophet/witness and that the Church of God – PKG is the body(Church) that God is now working through. I also know my place among God’s elect and that is stated in humility as I know it is God who called me according to his purpose. I see God’s plan now for mankind and what a wonderful plan it is. I will admit that the hardest part is to have God reveal his truth to you and you just want to go and share it with others but they just kinda look at you like you are nuts. I just have to wait until God calls them and then they will be able to be discipled. Everytime I apply a the truth – ie – no longer celebrate birthdays, or the other pagan holidays I move further down peoples favorite list. But I know I would rather be on the top of another list. So, to solidify my position, yes, I do believe that The Church of God – PKG and Ronald Weinland are both whom God is working through. Because God has choosen to reveal that to me I am truly So Thankful.
I saw this on another site; it’s a quote attributed to Ronald Weinland. I haven’t listened to that sermon myself; I’ve been very busy lately, I was wondering if any of you heard it and can confirm that it’s an accurate quote. If it is, and someone were to ask you about it, how would you respond?
1:53:20 “Three More Weeks” RW March 29, 2008 sermon: “If by Pentecost [June 8 2008] I’m just going to make this real clear to everyone. If by Pentecost [June 8, 2008] it is not powerfully and abundantly clear that there has been a great deal of destruction that will clearly encompass a third of all plant life in the US and at least the clear results of this mingled with blood the death of very much animal life and the beginning of large numbers of human life then I will stop preaching. Just so all the critics and everyone out there will understand. I am true to my word in these things. OK? And for all the critics if by the end of July and for most likely around Pentecost if nothing has clearly caused great destruction and death I will make it very clear that I was a false prophet. I will do exactly what I said I would do on aaaaall those interviews that I have held. To do less. Well. Would be quite insane.”
If that is something Mr. Weinland said, and he has not kept his word by continuing to preach, I hope he has a sound reason for not following through on that statement. Though this would give his critics more “ammunition” in their assailing of him.
If he has stopped preaching, well – then he is at least a man of his word.
It’s pretty obvious that these events didn’t occur. So – one of three things is the case. 1) He “interpreted” what he was given to see incorrectly and spoke wrongly based on that. 2) He is a false prophet. 3) He is deluded. (I wouldn’t use the term insane.)
It seems 1) is the explanation given thus far, but if it happens a second time?
Again – I hope he and his family are well – as I hope the same for all you folks here too.
Rlee64,
I’m not sure I see the difference in the 3 choices you presented, ultimately, but yes, what if it happens a second time? The title of his book “2008 – God’s Final Witness” is indicative of the fact that the second half of the tribulation, and the events that accompany it, begin this year, correct?
In my mind, this goes beyond what critics think, this shouldn’t be about people wanting to prove their position is right, and God forbid anyone would cling to a belief when confronted with proof positive that it’s wrong; whether this be the fulfillment of Ronald’s prophecies this year and his critics acknowledging their error, or the failure of these prophecies and his supporters refusing to follow a false prophet.
angel –
I agree.
In the end – it’s not about Mr. Weinland. It’s about God’s plan for humanity and His creation. If Mr. Weinland is a prophet from God – so be it, but it’s still not about him. If Mr. Weinland is not a prophet from God, then hopefully he’ll have the humility to step aside and thoughtfully and prayerfully reflect on these events. (or lack thereof)
Regardless – God is great and it is our duty to love (and obey) Him with all our heart and all our strength and to love our neighbor as ourselves. Sometimes it’s better to stick closer to the trunk of the tree, yes? (Another phrase I remember my old Minister using frequently.)
angel,
You never answered my question. The reason I asked was to say, if a name, okay, but if just for blogging, change it. Changing my blog name from sisterri was a choice made out
of humility. The new name does not so much point at me, as repentence. So Thankful is grateful for something outside of himself, just as truthseeker seeks truth. I understand many have been named angel at birth, but as a choice name for blogging, it’s not. As far as your question is concerned, you’ll have to listen to all of Ron’s sermons yourself to know what’s going on. As for an answer to give, you just got it.
rlee64,
It won’t happen a second time – there is no reason to doubt now, except sleep or pride. Hopefully, everyone will awaken soon, but pride, pride is hard to overcome!
So Thankful,
Awesome, so thankful! As quiet as it has been on these blogs, it’s always good to know when another has made up their mind.
Sounds like you’ve done the same kind of
studying that I have. We could say it takes bravery to agree with Ron, but, I agree, “The Spirit does bear witness that RW is God’s minister/Prophet/witness and that the Church of God – PKG is the body(Church) that God is now working through.”
It is so hard for me to read some of you writing here. Not that it rings true but because you miss the point completely. I think I said this before and it still makes sense to me now.
We should try and understand how God works and works with us. If you have been reproved by God, meaning the Holy Spirit tells you, you need to do somethings or not do something and do not do that thing God will not continue to dwell with you. I will give you examples of what I mean from my own personal experience. I myself was not Christian when I began to be called. I guess I wasn’t being called yet but God was showing me very powerful truths about a year before being called. The first thing he started showing me was that the Bible was 100% perfect, the word of God, and then other truths. At this time I became scared because I believed in a new aged(old aged) type of philosophy, I will have a second, third chance, (reincarnation), etc. At this time I realized that I needed to make some big changes in my life. I was doing one particular thing that I knew I had to stop. It was very wrong, yet very hard to quit, probably the hardest. Yet, I knew that God had already helped me in a powerful way to stop doing little sins that I was never able to stop. I needed to trust and ask for God’s help. And he did help me in a very powerful way. This was the beginning of my journey and I have came a long way since, yet I have realized since that if I had not gone through this and chose God’s law over my ways, God would not have continued in giving me more truth. Later in my journey I got really big into conspiracy theories. It helped me to understand many things, and yet there came a time when I realized (by the Holy Spirit) that it was time to give it up and spend my free time researching the Bible and other doctrines to grow. This was difficult and I needed reproved many times, but every time I realized it was right and followed that, I did grow. If I did not get out of that trap I would not be where I am today.
What is my point here? Where are you right now? Are you seeking the truth before everything else. Are you seeking the Eternal(YHWH) before anything else. Do you recognize the bible as the word of God? Do you keep God’s commandments? If not seek out and cry to God for help and guidance. What else is the Holy Spirit showing you as truth? You need to know the truths of God or better said who God is before you can know who his two end time witnesses are. Many people will be deceived because they don’t understand God and therefor will not understand his prophets, because the whole world is deceived by a false God and a false Jesus.
If you truelly want to know if RW is God’s end-time prophet than you need to seek God and seek if RW repersents that truth or not. I’m pretty sure you will not find it here.
If not don’t try and pretend that you are. The world is already filled…I’ll stop, but really the only thing you are succeeding in is chasing people away, not finding the truth.
Dear So thankful,
“Myself, being new to the truth after many years of being decieved I have taken advantage of these last few months to listen to most of the archive sermons of RW, read both books at least twice and read much of HWA’s material.”
very wise – you inspire me!
“I have also investigated many of the other organizations that broke off from WCG and just have not found myself in agreement with those other organizations. The Spirit does not bear witness with me that any of them are God’s Church. The Spirit does bear witness that RW is God’s minister/Prophet/witness and that the Church of God – PKG is the body(Church) that God is now working through.”
I like the way you put this. It’s amazing how perfect the scripture fits and only now do we have true understanding.
I myself have realized how bad/evil/foolish/a retched woman that I am and only by God, his plan, his power, his forgiveness, his truth can I find joy, peace and hope. I truly need Him for every step I make. I can’t really express, but I know I don’t deserve his grace and patience that he gives. I can’t wait until the time when the whole world will share in this bliss.
Truthseeker,
It’s always hard, to some degree, to hear the views of someone who doesn’t see things exactly the way you do. Not everyone is going to be in the same spiritual place that you are. When I talk to someone who is way ahead of me, it inspires me to forge ahead; when it’s someone who is behind me, I try to do whatever I can to help them along. It takes patience; I don’t expect them to instantly get it or accept it just because I say so, all God requires me to do is share what I know; the rest is up to them/Him.
Sometimes the truth is hard to hear. When someone says something that challenges what you believe, it can be the hardest thing in the world to face it. Early on in my Christian walk, there were a few times when I heard/read something that struck fear into my heart, if that something was true, everything I believed could come crumbling down; I think they call that a moment of doubt. Scary as it was, I would force myself to look/listen, because I had made up my mind to accept nothing but the truth, and if what I believed wasn’t it, I needed to have the courage to change my mind and heart.
I’m not saying Ronald is or isn’t God’s prophet; if I say I want to know the truth, then I need to be willing to hear what may not be comfortable to hear. I have copies of Ronald’s books, I’ve listened to a few of his sermons, and I take into consideration the things I’ve read on this blog. Some of you are sincere supporters of Ronald, and I value your input; that doesn’t mean I necessarily believe everything you say, and you shouldn’t take that personally, it means I will listen and make up my own mind, just as I respect your right to do the same.
ange,
Above, your note to truthseeker proves your position. Humble yourself to God, don’t even try to impress people. When you truly look for truth, in humility to the Eternal Elohim, you will be given it. Until then, take truthseeker’s advice – study RW’s biblical teachings on the church’s FAQ web site: http://www.cog-pkg.org/faq/topics.aspx#toc
Georgia’s parliament Saturday approved a request by President Mikhail Saakashvili’s to impose a “state of war,” as the conflict between Georgia and Russia escalated, Georgian officials said.
CHICAGO, Illinois (AP) — Bernie Mac, the Emmy and Golden Globe nominated actor and comedian who worked his way to Hollywood success from an impoverished upbringing on Chicago’s South Side, died Saturday at age 50.
what are you guys doing to prepare for the end. just curious i was thinking about getting a water storage unit 7 days worth of water and 7 days worth of food. because that is how long it takes for radiation to break down naturally and after 7 days you should be able to drink of water if you still have running water coming through. I would think that we would have some responsibility in saving some food and water for that time. not a years worth but maybe 7 to 14 days worth of preparations. Noah built the arck maybe we should build a make shift bomb shelter or have supplies ready so you can build one out of your basement. just curious on what you guys are doing..
“Malachi 3
1Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the LORD, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in: behold, he shall come, saith the LORD of hosts.
2But who may abide the day of his coming? and who shall stand when he appeareth? for he is like a refiner’s fire, and like fullers’ soap:
3And he shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver: and he shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer unto the LORD an offering in righteousness.” that came out at me when i read it just wanted to share it with you.
also can’t wait for todays sermon
Joe, we are advised to have food and water for 3 months, no more or less. But if you can not than God will take care of you. I have more but I am planning for my whole family. The Birkey filter (Light) is recommended. See the other article about supplies.
If you have a water filter, i.e. the Birkey Light you can take any water and make it drinkable. I would invest in some Bleach (non-scented, a couple of gallons) and coffee filters too (a whole bunch). you can find more info out there.
what i am doing material wise to prepare is nothing if im not mentaly preparing. grapefruitseed extract, colliadal silver, wheat grass, spirulina, hemp powder are some things along with grains are what i am storeing. since i live in queens but my stored stuff is in my other house in pa i could be doing this for someone eles. i cant belive the abundance of black, blue razz and ellderberrys that grow wild in pa. milkweed pods and other wild edible foods like dandelion and catail are foods i am familiarizing myself with. i am canning and picking. these green powdered foods mentioned above help with radiation.
http://www.radiationdetox.com/ebook/0707RadiationDetox.pdf
i learned how to filter water and bought (u could make) activated charcoal. bentonite clay is a must and ellderberry extract for virusis. this place i have been blessed with has a potbelly stove so i stock up on wood from a wood pit that i get wood for free. i have been shown gods way, but come on, whos gonna pick berrys for hours? and canning? lost art. burdock and sheep sorrel grow wild and are herbs that are in essiac tea, a blood purifyer. i was buying the stuff online till i realized its right in front of my face.
http://visz.rsoe.hu/alertmap/index.php?lang=eng
at least i know that even if this work i am doing is not for me, it will help someone in time of need. i am sure of this. i am not waisting my time unless my house gets destroyed. i dought i am being drawn to prepare like this for no reason.
the birkey water sysems are the best from what i researched. thats the only thing i dont have. in the times that are coming its important to remeber to help your neighbors in need. i buy most of my suff on ebay. i hope this info will help.
Buying wheat grain and dried beans are a good idea too. Get ‘em in bulk. Buying a canner and fresh vegetables to can (you can can meat too) is smart. A hand grinder is a good idea. Doesn’t need power to run it. That’s the issue. Without power generation, you’ll need something not reliant on power. My family just bought an old fashioned wood stove and are stocking up cords for the long winter. Wouldn’t be a bad idea for other folks either.
I’m suggesting this not so much because I buy into Mr. Weinland’s prophesies (there has been a timing issue after all) – but because it just seems a sound idea. (I.e. Peak Oil and Olduvai Theory.)
Maybe the Amish kinda have the right idea in terms of “industry” and sustainability. (Think about it.) For them – “reset” isn’t going to be much of an issue in terms of physical sustainance. My fear for folks is that the have nots are going to go hard at the haves. (I.e. the Amish are vulnerable and are likely to be attacked for their supplies when an oil/power crash occurs.)
Is Mr. Weinland still speaking at services? He had said he wouldn’t after a certain date.
Yes, he’s still speaking. July 16 was the date he said he would stop preaching if nothing had happened.
God’s Final witness 2008–
“By the fall of 2008, the United States will have collapsed as a
world power, or it will have begun its collapse and no longer
exist as an independent nation within six months after that time.”
Citizen X,
Are you still against allowing this to be a forum for those who have already made up their minds against Mr. Weinland?
I’ve not made up my mind pro or con. My understanding is the proof of a prophet lay in the prophecy’s validity. I knew Mr. Weinland for 4 years while he ministered to our Church area, but have not known him (though I’d corresponded with him) since this revelation he has had.
I am watching and waiting – just as I’ve been for over 20 years.
I guess my question is – is my salvation contingent upon whether I believe the words of Mr. Weinland, or ultimately something more?
citizen x is probably redeming his strawman lol, only kidding. could anybody tell me what is going on with rw. i was informed he is introuble with the babalonian system but havent gotten facts. i hope all is well with citizen x but i have to assume theres realy not much to say regarding rons predictions. theres a lot of chatter on the internet about a total economic collapse by sept 30th. yes i do belive martial law is ready to be set in place and fema camps will be used. my dreams are becoming more freqent and intense. the first apocalyptic dream i had was around 6 years ago. i was running from troops, and as soon as i was being surrounded an angel lifted me into the sky. have no i dea if they mean anything but i feel whats getting ready to go down is beyond words. i find myself trying to force myself not to belive rw. his words are sound to me. he has taught me a lot. i have listened to many preachers but none ever told me what god has in store for us. to hear that we are all ment to live as a family, the way he represents gods word has put peace in my heart and i wish i could thank him for that.
Yes, think-differently, The Weinland Witness is still only for undecideds and believers.
As for you, angel, I would be careful. We do not allow anti-Weinlanders in here. There are plenty of other forums for you if that is the case.
Thank you, Citizen X. Haven’t heard from you in a while. Had to check.
we need to get out of america
rachel
“we need to get out of america”
The only thing we need to get out of is the mindset of fear. Either we love our own lives or not. If you seek to save your life you will lose it. It’s 100% faith time. It’s time to completely trust God and that his will would be done in and through us or try to survive on your own. The only safe place is in his will trusting him for our provision.
If you have not read “Mystery of the Ages” by Herbert Armstrong I would highly suggest it. If you have and it’s been awhile then read it again. Then read “America and Great Britian in Prophecy”. I just purchased a CD (MP3) off Ebay that has 84 of his teachings (30 minutes each). They are always available on there for $4.99 with free ship. Be Sanctified in the name of Jesus.
GOD gives a warning to come out of babalon. this is america. yes i agree with you, no matter where you go if you havent changed your heart and life by obeying gods commandments and the teachings of jesus then it dosnt matter where you go. i know we have the authority to cast the devil (Fear) out of our hearts through jesus name.
i also know there are definately better places than america to be in when it hits the fan.
fear? you say not to fear, well i still have a human body so i do get scarred sometimes knowing im pobably gonna get my head blown off in a femma camp. i see the coffins they have ready for us. these are scarey times and 90% of the time im not but the thought of martial law and waking up to a holocaust is unsettleing to me. i am still human.
i belive jesus says if you are willing to give up everything home ,family, land, you will recieve greater riches in this life and next. i am willing to pick up with just the clothes on my back if thats where god is leading me. greece is looking like an option not because i want to save my own life. i am willing to loose my life no matter where i am for his names sake but i can bet some of the people that will live onto the millenium will be ones that where called out of america and got on a plane, left everything, listening to gods voice.
if you know your on a sinking ship natural instinct would be to get on a liferaft. hell i dont even have a passport or drivers licence, but why am i thinking of getting one now (passport)? fera? or god prompting me?
america and great britian in prophecy is from cgi.org? i belive i have most of there cds and have read this pamphlet.
i have never felt like this before. i cant explain these feelings. its not only fear. its also sorrow and mixture of others i cant explain. i have no one to realy talk to except jesus. i appreciate your reply.
. . . But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof. “(Matt. 33-34).

thanks truthbeliever if any thing i need to be atleast a little prepared right? i don’t have any thing for nuclear fall out yet
truthseeker-oh yeah i would like to ask you if that water purifier/filter can filter radiation i looked on it and it didn’t say any thing about nuclear radiation. also where did you get your food from and how much did it cost? and why do you need at least three months worth?
Joe, it does not filter radiation. Radiation is something you can’t see, like when you get an x-ray you can’t see the radiation but you know it’s there because they tell you. Read this book on-line @ http://www.oism.org/nwss/ . It gives a lot of information that can save your life on little or what you already have. If you want a hard copy it is only $20, well worth it to me. It’s called “Nuclear War Survival Skills”. It will teach you how to protect yourself and your water and food, etc. Mainly, you need to stay protected for two weeks until the radiation levels becomes safe enough. You will not want to drink water where dust particles that have radiation will be in it for some time though, the book will explain everything and what to do.
If I could only have a couple of things I would have a birkey light with black filters (research the difference between white and black filters), this book mentioned above, a survival book or two, a bible, Rw’s books with a couple of HWA books and my MP3 with Ron’s sermons. A fire starter that will last forever.
I got my food basics from the closest Amish bulk grain store (I had to do some asking around). I was preparing before RW told us we should have three months supply, so I ordered a year supple for 5 people or less for my whole family. The grains, beans, powdered milk as described in the book came to $2,400. The prices was just beginning to go up in the spring when I got my stuff. I got my oil, salt and sugar at Sam’s club. I also got other stuff to supplement and vitamins. I have been buying extra stuff for about a year. Canned meat, chocolate powder for the milk, tea, etc. I also got 3600 calorie bars and canned meals for emergency use because if you are in your shelter (basement), you will not want to cook too much if possible. Adults can go two weeks without food but children can not.
I agree with at least three months even if RW would not haven’t said it. If the bird flu breaks out you will need at least that much supplies. Marshal Law they will use starvation as a tactic, etc. The author of the books said that if there was a nuclear attack in America that there would be enough grains in store houses to feed everybody after a month or so after they get the emergency trucks out. First of all we no longer have back up grains in store houses, this has been documented because “they” want us not to have food and are planning this for us. If it were up to me I would have enough food for 2 or 3 years but this is imposable so I will do the best, but I’m sure we will be sharing with many. I probably have enough for 4 or 5 months now with sharing with few.
truthseeker,
I’ve just spent the weekend with the Weinlands. Boggles my mind why people pick on two such nice and “real” people. Wanted to let you know before I forget, if you will be attending Tabernacles, locally for you, I’m sending well wishes with someone from the Buffalo area to you. I should’ve sent along my e-mail address, but didn’t think about it. Oh well, doesn’t matter.
One of my family members asked me if a new president will still take office in 2009, according to the new time line I didn’t exactly know what the answer was, does anyone else know?
Thanks allot man I was wondering I tried finding it in the book but I’m not sure if it gives how much grains and beans a person needs to survive each day I saw the charts in the book but it was like trying to read Chinese about the grams and stuff. I skimmed through it and read 7 or 8 pages on the food and water it is very useful I will eventually read it all. the information you gave me was helpful and I’m glad you responded. I’m pretty sure that there isn’t an Amish store around where i live. thanks again.
think differently- thats awesome I wanted to go to the mass/con sermon but its a little to far from me.
truthbeliever12,
Last thing I heard was that no president would be taking office. There was a change in dates only for specific events, i.e., 1335 days, 1290 days, 1260 days, and day 1, which didn’t have to do with office-taking.

The 50th truth has been posted!
think-differently, that’s great. I had a dream two nights ago that Mr and Mrs Weinland and my elder and his wife from Erie area came to my house to visit me. Kind of funny, I really haven’t thought about it much until that dream, but it would be great to meet them, although I would probable be speechless. I am really excited about Tabernacles. Do you know who I am? You can ask the Elder in Erie for my info. I am the one most southern in western PA as far as I know.
Joe, I would say just do the best you can. You have to figure the numbers out but it makes a good place to start. Just remember with rice and beans and the such you will need water to clean and cook. I want to get some more canned meals, for emergences that you don’t need to cook to eat and that the kids will eat, like beef stew with potatoes. You can buy beans , rice, canned foods, powdered milk, vit., etc. from Aldies. I saw one of those Mormon bulk stores sell a basic supply for one person for a year or for 4 for 3 months for like $800. Which seemed not half bad. It’s called Emergency Essentials . I also got my soap supplies from Ben Cal-5 star Soap. It’s organic and cheaper than store soap even after shipping.
Peace all
Good advice about the Mormon stores. They’ve been stockpiling a lot of things for a long time. Though I would imagine for the same / different reasons.
I get the impression from these posts that there is a congregation of COG-PKG in the Erie area then? Are these folks that were around when Mr. Weinland was minister here in the WCG in the late 80′s early 90′s? If so – I probably know a few of them . . . .
Ya, when I was doing my research, I found that they have been basically been telling their congregations to have food stored since the beginning of there religion. But, they were founded by the mason/illuminatee (who are working for satan, the same as the Catholic church and the top of all organizations, government and religions.) I have heard that some Mason buildings have underground bunkers with water storage, etc. Satan has been revealing things clear back (Mayan calender).
I wouldn’t really say there is a congregation in Erie, but my elders are and I am south of them (like 2 hours). They were with Ron and his wife (during WCG) and they have been personal friends. My elder said that they were there when Ron started putting the pieces together such as the Ezekiel prophecy. It is kind of neat to learn more personal knowledge through them, since I have not been able to meet them my selves, yet. It also helped me to understand how God speaks to Ron and the rest of us.
check out Ron’s web-cite, there is a new message. encouraging!
Thanks for the reference to the message.
Whatever the case may be….I think it is obvious we are in end times. I do not think Ronald Weinland sends any message that is off base with God’s word……but to say he is a prophet at this time…..is something I am not quite ready to do.
I believe the Lord Jesus Christ will return soon. The world is out of control.
