I just have to laugh at this stage, most here are so unspiritual in there understanding…

“who of you who is without sin cast the first stone”

A prophet can be still a prophet, if he has or is speaking out of place, God gives that space I believe. Look at some of the prophets in the Old Testament. RW is not really speaking against God. I believe he has prospectively spoken. To imply your own understanding is wrong. These are events which are really hard to fathom. Look at the time and the amount of information he has brought forth…Something is missing…. We are missing a point of time. Look, how far we have come, the world does not know God, don’t forget that we who are spiritual stand in the breach. Don’t give up. We will know soon. All things will come to our knowledge in time.

I pray that your eyes see what I see.

Citizen X – Are you prepared to follow through with your statement above?

Given those who are on the fence, it would be good for people to hear from you. You laid out a clear marker and the events did not unfold in that way.

None of us know what alliances need to be untangled and the heartache that this is causing people. I pray for those people still deceived here that there eyes would soon open to the simple truth of the Gospel.

In the February Archives of The Weinland Witness, Citizen X posted the following Statement on February 23, 2009:

“The Weinland Witness Statement of Discernment:

If we witness a destructive event of such magnitude that it causes the deaths of tens of thousands of people and the death of a 1/3rd of all plant life before March 15, Ronald Weinland is a true prophet of God and one of the two witnesses spoken of in Revelation. If no such event occurs, he is not.”

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us for our sins and puryfy us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9.. For all have sinned and fallen short of Gods glory Romans 3:23.. The important thing here is that we part for our own sinnes.. Jesus dies for the purpose of freeing us from death that comes through sin.. Death of the spirit, death of the body, seath of the soul.. Todays world is dead, just as it wages in ages gone. But God is alive in the heard of the true believer, the true follower, the true worshiper. It in only our hearts that can speak to God.. Our mouths are only so we can hear ourselves speak.. But the truth is not always in our mouths. Nor in our hears. God knows your heart, and the heart of man id full of sin. So do not follow a man, or his preaching of Tribulation, for trubulation is bound by God to come. Follow Jesus, the savior of mankind, and his teaching of love, humility, faith, holieness, seeking all things that are in God. His spirit is Gentle, so call upon His spirit for discernment. His love is for everywhere, so go Tell it to the world. If you are a true beliver, you will only concern yourself with what God wants from you.. To serve him with all your heart, mind and spirit. Your body is merely the shadow of who you are. we are all living spirits, and thats what seperates us from the angels. And for as long as you live, seek the truth, seek the secrets in the wordd of God, and seek ye first the Kingdom of God. The Figtree is still growing.. Peace to you all

Hi Truthseeker,

You are 100% certain that the Bible is the Word of God, and 100% certain that God has revealed to Mr Weinland that Christ will return in 2012.

If Christ doesn’t return in 2012, will this mean that God, the Bible, and Mr Weinland were all 100% wrong, or just RW? Or what?

While, I was giving the benefit of the dought that some certain people was truly seeking and in rememberence of my own journey, I tried to write them. For some it might seem Think-Differently is ridged but the point has been given many times and yet people still don’t get it.

Don,
I think you have your answer, so I think there is not more that I can say but what I know for Truth is that the Bible is the word of God 100% and perfect in every way. The Bible is not a history book and yet it is 100% True. God leave many pieces out and for a reason, for now. But man knows not the power or mind of God or the Truth, unless it comes from God. Our mind is not His mind.

I am not a PHD is Egyptian History but I wouldn’t say I am uneducated. You are taking what was told to you as Truth and yet you were not there when you believe these things that happened and yet there is no scientist who can explain how the pyramids were created as well as many, many unsolved mysteries. I speculate that there was many things that happened that is not given and not given for a reason. My Truth came from the Bible, completely. When, I proved church doctrine with the Bible, the Truths came to me. Rw is the only one who knew those truths. The Spirit of God led me first with the understanding and confidence in his word. Before, I denied the Bible.

This 6,000 year counting is not how RW got to 2012. We can estimate 6000 years according to God’s plan and understand the meaning of God 7000 year plan but the timing was given by God to RW as it was given to me and every one else called. It was just given to Him much more specifically as he leads the Church under Christ. Even, Mr Armstrong knew what time he lived in, specifics are given when necessary. It is too much to explain and it is not my place to do so. I hope you find what you are looking for. Peace.

He took it for granted? Isn’t that presumption? Presumption means “an assumption that is taken for granted.”

God did not allow RW to presume. RW presumed.

Of course you can follow RW but he cannot claim to be God’s prophet by any bible definition of the word.

Are you talking to your self? I thought this was already discussed and clearly your making up your own stuff. RW never said that the second trumpet would blow at this timeline (the second time). In fact, you and others who don’t even try l never get it so give up and move on.

For others who are trying to understand it is real easy. 2008 was God’s Final Witness and RW knew that the 3 and a half years would start in 2008. He took it if for granted that it would be on a date that would place the return of Christ on Trumpets 2012 as the World Wide Church of God had always assumed or thought. It was not until it was given, that the 50th Truth revealed that the timing was perfect for Pentecost 2012. God allowed this to happen for many reasons mostly discussed on RW site and sermons. Mostly, he was working with the church, and revealing more to us about ourselves and Himself. This may seem lame to mockers but it was very clear for all of us.
